Acceptable Stay but Issues Existed

uncomfortable bed numerous bugs

The location was convenient, providing easy access to both the beach and the port.

The attitude of the staff, with the exception of the cleaning ladies, was not good. My bed was uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on cement. I also noticed bugs throughout the room. This was a major concern.

Excellent Value and Convenient Location

The room had effective air conditioning. A supermarket is conveniently located below the hotel. I found a comfortable terrace in front. This spot was great for having a cheap beer from the supermarket before going out for dinner (the Star of Bengal is excellent).

The receptionist was a little indifferent upon my arrival on a late Sunday afternoon, I must admit.

The reception staff provided assistance promptly. They helped with directions and local information. I found the staff to be generally available and responsive to requests. They were readily accessible throughout my stay.

The location offers convenient access to the ferry terminal. It is approximately a ten-minute walk. A main bus stop is also nearby. This is about a five-minute walk.

Great Location and Helpful Staff!

The hotel had a very convenient location near both the bus station and the port. The room was basic, but it was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful. They assisted with storing my bike! I am very grateful.

The room lacked a nice outlook and had a frosted window, I felt a bit claustrophobic. I wouldn't decide to stay here for too long but it was adequate for my short stay.

The location is equipped with an amazing ramp at the main entrance for wheelchair users. There is a lift and the building is arranged in a very neat way. It is clean and well organised.
